“ Such a random location and parking is a bit annoying but the coffee is delicious and the scenery is beautiful ao it's worth finding a spot. There's a bike path along the side and it's right by the wash which has trees and other plants (and trash unfortunately). I've always gotten the Cortado and I love it. Good flavor, with nice thick (cute) design foam on top. Their pastries are good too. They have clean restrooms. A few seats inside and about 10 spots to sit outside. To me it's very relaxing, especially after a good hike. ”
“ This is the kind of place you come to in the morning when you wake up craving a good cup of coffee and fresh pastries, all while being surrounded by a beautiful atmosphere and kind, welcoming people. From the wonderful service to the amazing, flavorful coffee, it’s truly a great experience. There’s plenty of seating inside, but if you really want something special, grab your coffee and sit by the LA River. The scenery is beautiful, and the conversations you’ll have with people make it even better. Be sure to try the pastries and don’t miss the strawberry matcha. Parking is not the best but I'm assuming most people bike there so keep that in mind as well but don't let it deter you away from trying this place ”
“ Awesome place for breakfast they have an amazing bakery stuff and coffee, you can order your coffee and have it outside and at the backyard by the little river, ”
“ This is the spot. A lovely, little shop tucked away along the LA River, with consistently great coffee, friendly service, lovely pastries, and relaxing vibes. And unlike many trendycoffee spots in car-centric LA, this location is very bike and pedestrian-friendly. ”
“ legit espresso, these people know what they’re doing. always good when there’s tonic water on tap. fun location by the LA river - great to people watch but also get work done. ”
“ There are five locations in California and they're all in Southern California. As of April 2024, I have only been to the Silverlake and Frogtown locations. I prefer this location because it's more remote, away from traffic and parking is a little easier. They do have a few (maybe a couple?) parking spaces in an adjacent lot for La Colombe visitors, but street parking is easy to find (depending on what time you visit). The patio is a great space, with plenty of seating. Know that the sparrows outside in the patio are bold and will eat your pastry if you don't watch it. After your coffee and/or pastry, enjoy a walk along the bike path right outside the patio. ”
“ Great service. Great pour over. Good coffee takes time and yes I did wait about 8 mins but good coffee is worth it! Right on the LA river bike path as well and nice scenery to look at while enjoying a coffee. ”
“ Super cool, charming, and secluded location -- directly next to the LA RIVER! Great chai latte. Perfect space to work and read and hang out. Bet the atmosphere here is extra amazing during the spring and summer! ”
